So you can either wait while Jab 'creates' and gets in touch with his muse and then puts out one page every 2 weeks or you can have other artists produce the comics. Jab's always been fairly slow and while a lot of people think this is because he's lazy I've always suspected it's also because he's a perfectionist who noodles about with ideas and different ways of doing things for each panel. If the only comics that were posted on the Jabcomix site were pencilled by Jab there'd be only one page posted every ten days or so. So to be able to produce one page a day he farms the comics off to other artists and fills days with Comic Pink stuff.
Even now he only pencils 'his' comics, the inking, colouring and everything else are done by others. I doubt it would be physically possible for Jab himself to produce one page a day of his own content, namely the stuff he draws himself, even if he worked his ring off. His site posts roughly one page of content a day. I would have thought the answer to that is pretty obvious.
